What Tax Pros Does
Tax Pros provides a wide range of financial services and business solutions.  Services are offered through the Internet and in-person.  Our online services deliver content to proprietary software applications. In the process of delivering this content, as well as performing online transactions, Tax Pros will sometimes query you by means of a registration form for demographic data (gender, age, interests, marital status, salary, area code, country, education, name, address, or telephone number). All of this information is aggregated for the purposes of reporting product performance, and to deliver content targeted to your interests. Because Tax Pros derives its revenue from online services, providing such aggregated demographic data is essential in keeping our product offerings up-to-date and competitive.

Use of Unique Identifiers
Tax Pros does not assign unique user ID's to its users.

Use of Cookies
According to the standards of the Internet advertising industry, third-party ad servers associated with our technology make use of cookies. Cookies, by default, are enabled in the browser, and the user can turn them off via the cookies disabling menu.

Please be aware that Tax Pros advertisers or Web sites that have links in the software applications on our network may utilize demographic information about you. This privacy statement does not cover the information practices of those Web sites linked from software on the Tax Pros Network. From time to time, Tax Pros works with third-party company's servers please visit these providers individually to learn more about how they handle privacy.

Use of Information Collected
Demographic information that you provide will be used within the Tax Pros partner network to provide you with a more personalized experience. Only aggregated demographic information across our user network may also be shared with business partners that provide product and/or services on our network and other third parties related or unrelated to offerings on the Tax Pros Network.

Your personal financial information in out tax an accounting solutions, are secure.  Tax Pros does not use your financial information for marketing purposes. Tax Pros will handle your information in accordance with Section 7216 of the Internal Revenue Code, the Patriot Act, the Graham Leach Bliley Act of 1999 and other application laws and policies.

Sometimes our software installations will direct you to a partner site, where you may be prompted to complete a registration. The information our business partners collect pertains strictly to their privacy practices, and we do not have access to any of the information collected at these sites. In addition to demographic data, Tax Pros requires that you provide your email address during the installation of Tax Pros - enabled software programs. If you prefer not to provide us with your email address, then you may opt-out of the software installation. Providing Tax Pros with your email address will enable us to send Tax Pros - specific technology updates, as well as special offers and promotions from Tax Pros and our business partners.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. User demographic information and Email addresses provided to Tax Pros are kept on a secure server. Only authorized employees of Tax Pros will have access to this information.
