Winston P Thompson
President/CEO
is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Tax Pros Financial Group, Inc. He is responsible for the overall operation of the Firm. He directs, oversees, and coordinates the activities of the Firm's management, providing timely advice on key issues. Mr. Thompson's prior corporate experience includes two years as an auditing officer at MORGAN GUARANTY TRUST COMPANY, and five years of public accounting experience at the international public accounting firm of ARTHUR ANDERSEN and CO. Mr. Thompson is a graduate of Pace University with an MBA in Finance.

Ebenzer Anang
Director of Accounting and Tax Services
has been with the Firm since 1985. He is responsible for the Firm's overall accounting and tax operations, where he services a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Anang has represented numerous clients in matters involving tax litigation and IRS audits. His prior corporate experience includes the position of Controller at H.I. T. CORPORATION, a commodity export firm. Mr. Anang is a graduate of Baruch College with a BBA in Accounting.

Joseph Aloi
Director of Accounting
is the Director of Accounting & Tax at Thompson & Company (Long Island Office). Mr. Aloi is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Masters Public Accountancy (MPA). He has over fifteen years professional experience in the areas of accounting, tax and computer systems.

H. Paul Fraser
Managing Director
is the Managing Director of the TaxPros Financial Group (TPFG). He is responsible for the overall planning and management of the operations. In addition, he is also responsible for the execution of strategic activities. Mr. Fraser expertise lies within business advisory and consulting, in which he has a vast array of hands on industry experience and entrepreneurial talent. Mr. Fraser currently oversees TPFG’s main assets; TaxPros (tax), TaxPros Financial Services and TFG Capital. Mr. Fraser holds a degree from Oswego University in upstate NY.
